Ugh. My pants are STILL tight! I feel fat. My belly is a different shape than before I got pregnant. It's rounder, flabbier, and just different!

1. Plan Meals AHEAD of time

Print out a blank calendar and plan your meals for the next 30 days. Not only will you see your scale lighter, but your grocery bill will be a little lighter as well.

2. Exercise EVERYDAY

I don't mean go all out everyday, but I mean that you should do some type of activity for at least 30 minutes everyday. You obviously have a child if you are reading this article, so getting that kind of daily activity should be a cake walk.
Find 3 days during the week that you can fit in circuit training.

3. Keep Nursing until your child is at least 12-months-old

Nursing is a huge calorie burner and you are missing out if you are not nursing. I nursed for 2 weeks when my son was born, but then I pumped until he was 8-months-old. Clearly, I didn't make it to the 12-month-old mark, but I saw a huge weight loss from nursing/pumping in the very beginning. If nursing isn't possible, it's not the end of the world, it's just an added benefit to help with weight loss.

4. Visualize your weight loss

Visualization is such a big part of weight loss. It's making the CHOICE to doing what it takes to lose the weight.

I feel each of these points are very important to a total weight loss and healthier YOU.
