Quick After Baby Workout to Get You into Your Skinny Jeans in No Time

I think most women have a favorite pair of jeans that they call their "skinny jeans." After a baby, skinny jeans are used as a benchmark of where we need to be weight-wise. The article below spells out a quick after baby workout that can get into your skinny jeans in no time.

So often we think we need to spend hours in the gym, take magic pills or go on very restrictive diets. I've been there. Thankfully, I've found a method for an after baby workout that put me in the best shape I've ever been in AND into my skinny jeans.

I wanted to slide into my skinny jeans soon after having my baby, BUT after doing this workout for 90 days, my skinny jeans were TOO LOOSE!! What? You may ask?

I've always had trouble getting rid of the last 10 pounds. Do you have that problem too? Isn't it FRUSTRATING to say the least? I believe the workout below will give you guidance on how to get your body back after your baby - OR - Get into the BEST shape you've EVER been in!

This is the workout I followed to get my amazing results. Start slowly, but STAY CONSISTENT to get into your skinny jeans.

Bobbie's Circuit Training After Baby Workout

Circuit #1

Do a 5-minute warm up doing jumping jacks, jump rope, walking, etc.

1. Do 15 push ups (beginners do these on the knees)

2. Do 15 jump lunges (start in a lunge position, jump in the air landing in the opposite leg lunge position)

3. Jump Rope 1-minute

4. Plank 1-minute

Repeat this 2 times

Circuit #2

1. Do 15 reverse squats with shoulder press (start in a squat position with weights by your ears, palms facing in. Stand up and push the weights in the air at the same time)

2. Do 15 step-ups on right leg on a 12-inch step or chair, switch legs and repeat

3. Jumping Jacks 1-minute

4. Do 20 Scissors (Ly on your back with your hands under your buttocks, your legs should be 3-inches from the ground, scissor your legs together, repeat)

repeat this 2 times

This ends up being about a 20-minute workout and it will help you slide into your skinny jeans in no time! Do this after baby workout 3-4 times per week and in 30 days you will notice a definite change.
