Affirmations are forms of positive reinforcement that you repeat to train your mind in a certain manner. I use affirmations often to train my mind. Sometimes I use scripture from the bible to train and transform my mind. Our minds often wander and in order to lose belly fat after pregnancy, it takes training our minds by using affirmations to achieve our goal of melting that fat.
The most common place for me to put my affirmations are on my bathroom mirror. This way I see them every day and I say them every day. If I remember to repeat them during the day, I do so. Doing this as much as possible will train your mind faster to help you lost belly fat after pregnancy.
The affirmations I use daily are:
1. I choose to eat food that nourishes my body.
2. I am strong and healthy.
3. I choose to exercise everyday even when I am tired because I know how good it makes me feel.
4. I am worth it.
5. I love myself.
Some of these affirmations may seem silly, but for some reason many of us don't even love ourselves. Learning to love yourself and accept yourself because God made you the way your are for a reason will offer you a freedom you won't know how you lived without it!
These affirmations as well as others have helped me transform myself into who I am today. I offer myself patience and grace when I need it. I never make excuses. I am who I am and I am always striving for excellence, God made me that way. He made you that way too!
Go ahead, write these affirmations on a note card or sticky pad or create your own. I promise you will notice a difference in your way of thinking and belly fat in 30 days if you make a commitment to do these everyday.
